So I went to my first doctor visit yesterday. Not a whole lot going on there. She didn't do much of anything. Mainly she asked me a lot of questions, wrote me a prescription for different prenatal vitamins, and wrote me a note to take to Cuyahoga Falls General Hospital to get lab work done. 11 tests total, 9 of which are blood work. Oh joy. However, I did get to hear the baby's heartbeat. :-) That was exciting. And of course being the emotional one that I can be, I almost cried. What a dork. Lol. But it's heartrate was 158 and the nurse said that it sounded good and normal. So now I'm getting ready to head over to get my labwork done then heading home until Friday morning. Oh, I did get my ultrasound scheduled for next Friday. So yes, you all have to wait another week and a half to find out what it is! :-P

I'm going back to school!!!! I met with my advisor yesterday to go over what all I needed to do yet to get into the College of Education and the prephysical therapy program. All I have to do is take the stupid speech and hearing test and take Anatomy and Physiology 1 and 2. Then I will officially be in both of those things. Because of the baby I took a light load, easy classes, but I'm still a full time student. I warned my advisor that I was going to take just enough to be full time because I have a baby due in July and he said that that was a wise decision because family comes first. So thank goodness I have an understanding advisor. He also said that my intercollege transfer from music to this was the cleanest one he's ever seen. That made me feel good.
Here's my schedule for the fall:
MONDAY
830-1050 A & P 1 Lab
1100-1150 A& P 1
1205-1255 Personal Health
110-200 Medical Terminology

TUESDAY
915-1030 Concepts of Health and Fitness

WEDNESDAY
1100-1150 A & P 1
1205-1255 Personal Health
110-200 Medical Terminology

THURSDAY
915-1030 Concepts of Health and Fitness

FRIDAY
1100-1150 A & P 1
110-200 Medical Terminology

The hardest class I have is A&P, so I should do pretty good this semester. The thing that really sucks though is that between Personal Health and Medical Terminology I have to go from Memorial Hall to Polsky in 15 minutes. Jenn and Dez know what I'm talking about. Lol. That means I go from one end of campus all the way down to downtown Akron, which is quite a hike. I will definitely be jogging down to Med Term so I won't be late. Let the fun begin!

Will be the day I find out what I'm having...finally! I got my medical card in last week and made an appointment for the drs. Unfortunately they couldn't get me in until then, but at least I am finally going to see a dr. I can't wait to find out what I'm having!!!!

Everything is starting to look up. I went to court today but since I haven't gotten my papers back from either Progressive or Geico I have to go back April 11. Mainly because the judge physically wants to see that everything is in order, which is understandable. He said I can bring in the paperwork anytime but I have to go back the 11th for the official sentencing.

Besides getting that taken care of I went to the University of Akron and found out I am accepted and can enroll in fall classes starting April 5. I just got off the phone with Student Affairs and I have to go into Zook Hall to take care of some final paperwork for switching majors. I have to talk to one of the advisors and see what other pre-reqs I need to get out of the way and get officially accepted into the pre-physical therapy program.

So it finally looks like things are getting better. It took long enough, that's for sure. Lol. It's a big relief to have this taken care of. I'll be so happy to go back to school and know that the future for me, Erik, and the baby are going to be okay. Now it's time to sit back and relax...for once.

I'm so fucking pissed right now. Actually, furious......upset....I don't know...look up those words in a thesaurus and I'm all of them. I'm not going to get into it on here because it's a waste of time and energy. We'll just say that I'm not happy...at all.
